As the Manager of Jellis Craig Projects, Tom creates strategic partnerships with developers. Project partners benefit from Jellis Craig's unrivalled database and daily contact with active buyers and sellers.

As well as the dedicated Projects sales team, Tom works closely with our residential sales teams throughout Melbourne and Victoria, including Jellis Craig Boroondara’s Managing Director Steven Abbott.

Tom has more than 20 years’ experience in property sales and development. He has been instrumental in the success of numerous new projects, ranging from Melbourne’s most high-end apartment buildings to townhouses aimed at young families and couples.
He offers project partners a highly detailed understanding of the property funding environment and has a vast network of collaborative relationships with developers, builders, architects and town planners throughout Melbourne.
