A little about me
Commencing his Real Estate career in 1992 Romeo has a wealth of experience and an in-depth knowledge of the Nillumbik and Banyule areas. Romeo is conscious of the importance people attach to the sale of their family home, and is committed to working alongside his clients to guide them through the transaction every step of the way.
With a background in the building industry, and widespread knowledge of both residential and commercial real estate, Romeo’s flair for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies, as well as his exceptional negotiation skills, contribute to the success of each sale.
Romeo keeps himself constantly up-to-date with local real estate trends as well as monitoring the market overall in order to provide his clients with professional advice which is both current and accurate. Romeo always maintains a sense of humour and an outgoing personality – an attribute he believes is essential in the often stressful world of real estate – and works hard at establishing an open, friendly rapport with vendors and buyers alike.
To Romeo, real estate means being prepared to work flexible hours, to be available when his clients require his assistance, and never tires of the genuine look of pleasure people derive from achieving a satisfactory outcome from the sale or purchase of a property. Romeo’s interests outside of Real Estate include bike riding, following his life time AFL club Carlton and dining out.
