A little about me
Lachlan McKellar draws on his impressive customer service skills to deliver an exceptional experience for both vendors and buyers. He relishes a fast-paced environment, keeping calm under pressure and providing reassurance to clients as they navigate important decisions.
“I believe I’m a new style of sales professional, one that places the highest value on honesty, communication, diligence and compassion. My integrity is the basis for genuine relationships with my clients, where they feel safe and understood as they trust me to guide them through the sales process,” Lachlan says. “I touch base with clients regularly. If they’re calling often, it means I’m not giving them enough information. I aim to be consistent and transparent at all times.”
Lachlan obtained two Financial Services qualifications to further his understanding of investment strategies and planning. He keeps a close eye on movements in the local property market, devising strategies for pricing, timing and promotion.
"Understanding the property market in Williamstown and the surrounding suburbs, assists me in creating a competitive campaign for properties in the most tightly-held pockets, maximising the potential to achieve an outstanding sale price for my clients," Lachlan says.
Lachlan volunteers as a mentor with a youth empowerment organisation, enabling him to share his career journey with secondary school students.
