Jimmy uses his unsurpassed local knowledge as an important way to connect with clients in his role as senior sales consultant for Jellis Craig Inner North. Having attended kindergarten, primary and secondary school locally and remaining a current resident, he knows first hand how significantly the inner north has developed.
Managing an extensive database, Jimmy is able to proactively help clients identify and attract the widest possible pool of qualified buyers to their property - sometimes even before the formal campaign has started! By taking the time to create and share market analysis - another of Jimmy's core strengths - he is always on the front foot when is comes to delivering value-added services to his clients.
