A little about me

At the core of Jay Kemp’s business is the desire to deliver straight forward, relevant and reliable service to his clients. In order to do this he is constantly evolving and looking to improve his skills to stay ahead of the marketplace.

Having lived in the Diamond Valley area his entire life, Jay is pleased to work in a profession that affords him the opportunity to assist clients to achieve their property goals, whether that be home ownership, adding to an investment portfolio, upgrading or downsizing.

Hard work combined with a sound understanding of the local property market have enabled Jay to learn the nuances of the real estate industry from some of the best in the business. Using this knowledge, he aims to simplify the process and provide clarity through open and honest communication every step of the way.

Determined, goal oriented and driven, Jay completed his auction training early in his career he has I quickly became aware how important the skill of auctioneering is when achieving the best results for clients. As an auctioneer he aims to be energetic and concise, while using humour to make everyone involved feel comfortable with the process. This understanding of the auction process has also greatly assisted the development of his negotiation skills, which he believes are paramount when it comes to achieving premium results for clients.
