A little about me
A pivotal part of the Jellis Craig Projects team, Heather Hill's role as client services executive is 100 per cent focused on delivering a smooth, seamless after-sales customer experience.
Working with clients who have purchased off-the-plan, Heather is the primary point of client contact within the Projects team for any queries, updates, reports and settlements.
Drawing on both her passion for real estate, and her career experience across many facets of the business, Heather brings exceptional communication skills and top-tier organisational skills to her role.
"Buying a property off-the-plan is a different process to an auction or private sale," says Heather. "There are often much longer timelines between deposit and settlement, and a lot of information and updates in between."
"It can also be daunting as the property is not physically 'visible' at the time of purchase. My role is to ensure our clients receive all the relevant information available during the project's development."
Heather grew up with a love of real estate and is the third generation of her family to take up a career guiding sellers and buyers through the property purchase process.
Always ready for a challenge, Heather's genuine people skills and ability to multitask means her clients receive the highest levels of customer care.
