A little about me

With more than three decades of real estate experience and a track record achieving exceptional results across Melbourne’s inner north, Craig Shearn brings insight, expertise and a passion for city living to his role.

As director of Jellis Craig’s Brunswick, Fitzroy, Northcote and North Melbourne offices, Craig's dynamic leadership skills have been instrumental in establishing the company as Melbourne’s premier inner north agency.

Thank you so much for all of the work you put in at 52 Berry St, it really was an astonishing result on Saturday morning. Lucy and I both felt fully informed and supported throughout the process and appreciate you catering to our constant requests. I think collectively we got the place looking its best (a 'million bucks' you could say) and appreciate the coordination of painters and plasterers, watering of the lawn and plants, quality checking, strategic placing of cushions and flowers pre-opens, and all the other endless requests whilst we were out of the state. Craig, I also just wanted to mention how impressed I was with the auction process on the day. I was keenly listening from the front room and I thought that you set the scene beautifully at the start of the auction, conveying all the things that Lucy and I loved about the house and the suburb, I have no doubt that this stuck in the buyers mind as she was bidding.
