A powerful combination benefiting clients: not only can Nick provide extensive market advice, he can also lend ideas on home renovation and building trends.
A keen analyst of Melbourne’s property market, Nick has a particular focus on the housing mix and growth trends of the inner eastern suburbs. Much of his large client base of residential property owners, private investors and developers are repeat and referred clients. Throughout his career, Nick has transacted a broad range of property types including landmark multi-million dollar homes, quality period residences and an array of new and established townhouses and apartments.
Growing up in Melbourne’s east, Nick has a life-long affinity for the area in which he lives and works. Renovating his home, and spending time with wife Belinda and young sons Thomas and William, Nick is living a life parallel to many of his clients and network of friends throughout the area. Nick is also a keen surfer and when time permits can often be found at daybreak, at one of the many surf beaches around Torquay and Philip Island.
