No one knows the City of Boroondara better than Richard James. He's lived and worked in the area all his life and has a family history in Boroondara that extends back two generations and more than fifty years.
Backing that up, he has a unique combination of talents, skills and qualifications that set him apart from others, all developed through eighteen years experience in the property industry. During that time he has been a Director of a national property valuation company and Managing Director of his own real estate business.

After completing his secondary education at Carey Grammar, Richard went on to earn an Associate Diploma in Valuations from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He is also an Associate of the Australian Property Institute, a Certified Practicing Valuer, a Certified Estate Agent and a highly sought after Auctioneer.

In his role as Jellis Craig's Sales and Operations Manager, Richard thrives on the success of his team and has a commitment to excellence and honesty.

When he's not at work, Richard enjoys spending time with his wife, Sandie and supporting their daughter Isabelle in her basketball and sporting pursuits. They all love entertaining friends and family at their home in Balwyn. Richard is also a sports fan who enjoys keeping fit and is an avid Hawthorn Football Club supporter.
