After referring a range of properties to Caz, my wife, and I over several months we ignored one of his options and had Mark accepted our refusal to inspect it we wouldn't have been the lucky bidders when it went to auction!
As an ex real estate agent and potential vendor, I found the work Mark did to ensure that we inspected various properties, without relying on the advertising alone to attract us as buyers, extremely impressive.
Wanting the same effort extended on our property, we listed with Mark and the team at Glen Iris.
